Explorer 30 (Solrad 8) [NRL] |
These Solrad satellites were the continuation of the original Solrad/Grab
series. They carried a scientific radiation experiment, while the ELINT mission of the
original series was eliminated and moved to the dedicated Poppy-ELINT-satellites. They used an enlarged version of the original structure.
