The ICM (Interim Control Module) was a modified NOSS-2 TLD module, which would have provided propulsion capabilites to the International Space Station for the case, that the russian built Service Module (SM) would not have been ready in time or failed to reach orbit. After the successful docking of SM with the ISS, the ICM was put in storage.
It is under consideration, to modify the ICM spacecraft to perform a robotic service
mission to the Hubble Space Telescope.
